This is why I don't play Minecraft anymore. · 12:11am Nov 18th, 2017

Or at least, servers.

'Cause it's kinda impossible to play really anything when everyone around you is seemingly teleporting every five or so seconds.

Screw you, Comcast.

EDIT: One more thing: Hotel wifi is literally better than my own, and that's saying something. Not that I'm currently at one right now, just something that I remembered from over Summer Break.

Sheesh, Comcast. · 12:53am Nov 27th, 2017

Playing a game? Why not cut the internet for just long enough for me to get disconnected before going back up?

Huh?

Huh?

Oh wait. That's just what happened.

One day. · 3:40am Nov 25th, 2017

Yesterday was probably the only day I've seen since I moved here where my internet didn't drop out.

Today made up for yesterday's lack of crap internet.

Screw Comcast. Again. · 6:28am Oct 22nd, 2017

Haha... don't you love it when your internet cuts out every other minute? :pinkiecrazy:

All I was trying to do was search up a user's manual for a soundsystem I was helping my dad install.

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?!

In the end, I just gave up, walked out of the basement so I had 4G access, downloaded said manual, went back into the basement and read the manual.

BUT STILL.

SCREW YOU TOO, COMCAST.

Hackers everywhere, a crazy ranting nazi with like, 5 alts, and more internet connection drops from Comcast than I've ever seen in a row.

This is why I rarely play on servers anymore.

And screw you too, Comcast. Hotel internet is better than you, and that's saying something.

In which my internet seems to get even worse... · 12:08am Nov 19th, 2017

Well, it's the weekend, and for some people, probably also the beginning of fall break.

Do you know what that means?

*Cue internet timeout errors 75% of the time I try to do anything*

Also, remember how I said that players seemed to teleport every 5 or so seconds in Minecraft? Yeah, now it's every 15 seconds, and then I get kicked for lag.

All in all, this is just another typical case of my day ruined by Comcast. Again.

I'm talking my internet, obviously.

'Cause guess what went down every minute, back up half a minute later, then down again after another minute?

Exactly.

*Sarcastic remark about how great the internet is here* · 2:04am Mar 8th, 2017

Okay, so not only does Comcast's internet suck in general, but their routers suck just as much, if not more.

The Comcast-supplied router that my family uses is what I've been trying to use earlier to transfer a benchmarking program from my main pc to another computer in the same room, and the transfer has failed multiple times because the router dropped the connection between two computers connected to each other through it.

Here's a visualization:

My little brother and I were just in my room, with me playing a high-stakes round of BTD battles that was clearly steering towards a win for me with a 1000 medallion reward, and my brother watching youtube videos on my computer.

Suddenly, at the same time, the video he's watching freezes, and on the match, I get auto-kicked from the game for losing connection.

IT'S A GOOD FREAKIN' THING I HAPPENED TO BE PLAYING A ROUND I WON A FREE ENTRY FOR. THOSE BATTLE ARENAS ARE EXPENSIVE!

Nothing changed. Just as I expected, my internet was crap for all but one day, the few times where it was running well my entire team was always consisting of people who thought that building brick pyramids and camping for iron armor was better than trying to get ahead of the competition, and consequently causing the entire team to be slaughtered by an opposing team with full diamond armor and obsidian.

Guess what video happens to be freezing every ~1.5 seconds and making me wait another five minutes for the next second?

I should probably just use my phone's mobile hotspot for everything instead of just for posting these rant blogs.

This is why I'm annoyed every day. · 1:22am Apr 12th, 2017

It takes on average, about three to five minutes to load a google search over the internet here.

I have homework to do, and sometimes the textbooks don't contain the information I'm looking for.

The worksheets are updated faster than the textbooks are.

I have to search up the answers about 25% of the time.

Comcast doesn't want anyone to have a future, because that way they end up wasting away watching cable TV from Comcast.

Because screw them more then ever.
